The New Moon today!

Its the 21 of October today. And its a New Moon. Its the end of Libra season, but the New Moon falls right in at the inside of the border to Scorpio season. Which tells me that this new moon, you can choose to be working with both the Libra qualities, since that is what we currently are in, bot also think about what we are stepping into, which is Scorpio. Scorpio season starts tomorrow. And New Moon energy can be worked with the day before, the day of, and the day after. So my advice for you, will actually be to be working with Scorpio energy. But it is up to you, by what feels right to you.

Libra is an Air sign, and is all about balance, harmony and justice. You can recognize it by its scales. And the traits of it is being cooperative, diplomatic and social. Can be indecisive though, because they are very much drawn towards fairness.

So to work with this energy in a spell, I would focus on bringing in balance, harmony and justice. And letting go of the indecisiveness. You could write on a note, at the beginning of the spell: I am letting go of the indecisiveness within me. Then burn the note in your cauldron or on a plate or in a bowl. If you are working your spell throughout the entire day, start with this burning of that note in the morning. Then later on, when you are ready for it. Set your Altar with everything you need, for drawing in the energies of balance, harmony and justice. Use suitable candles, crystals, wax.. and so on. Light the candles you have chosen that suits the purpose. You can pick colours that represent the energies you want to draw in, like green and blue, for harmony and balance. And purple for justice. As you light each candle, say out loud which energies you want to draw in. But if you dont have these colours, no coloured, or white candles are sufficient. After having lit your candles. Write on a piece of beatiful paper of your choice, or any paper you have available: May my life be filled with harmony, may it be balanced and may justice rule in my favor as it occurs in my period forward. May this be so. Thank you. With Love and XXXX Fold the paper, and if you have wax and a stamp, seal it. And carry this note with you for the timeperiod forward.

If you want to work with Scorpio energies for this New Moon. Scorpio is a water sign. It is intense, passionate and mysterious. Scorpio is loyal, protective and intuitive. Darker traits are being stubborn and possessive. Things associated with Scorpio os depth, transformation and power.

So to work with a Scorpio energy spell, I would focus on what I want to draw in. Like passion, loyalty, protection and my intuition. I would add transformation, if I were going through this kind of thing in this New Moon. If I needed more power I would also ask for this in my spell. But you are ofcourse free to pick the energies you want to work with. And that counts for anything. A New Moon can be worked with however you want, but I think you can call for alot more energy into your spell, if you are working with the energies that are building up out there in the Universe. So when the Scorpio season is here, there is alot more energy within this season, available to you, for your spell, because that is the energy that the Universe has for us to work with. At this time. I have not done this yet, but I imagine, that doing the spellwork within each season, working with all the energy that is lined up for us throughout the year, will almost be like doing shadow work. Working with ourselves, with every Moon there is, with the energies each season carry, I believe will be quite the Journey. And Im gonna do it at some point.

A Scorpio spell. Set up your Altar with all the things you want to represent the enrgies you want to draw in to your life right now. Candles, crystals, tarot cards. Its the same as with the Libra spell. Only different coloured candles, different crystals, writing different on the note. But otherwise, its the same. You can ofcourse also adjust anything to your preference. What I have written is just suggestions. Or how I would do it myself. But you have all the creative freedom to change or create the spell you want to, for yourself.
